Booking Information

PLEASE READ THESE NOTES CAREFULLY. By clicking the "Continue with Booking" button below, you agree to have read and understood the items contained therein.

Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.

FESTIVAL OPENING TIMES: The Festival opens on Friday 28th May 2021 at 10:00am with the first events being the schools programme and the last event finishes around midnight on Monday 31st May 2021 with some 200+ events in between!

TICKET INFORMATION: A ticket purchase confirmation slip will be sent to you as soon as we can after your order has been received and the ticket receipt will be sent after 1st May.
Payments to the Festival Office can only be made by cheque.
Please make Cheques payable to CHIPPENHAM FOLK FESTIVAL.

FAMILY BUNDLES: A family of one or two adult parents, can purchase a discounted ticket for themselves and their children.
Bundles can be made up with as many children and youth tickets (as long as they are part of you family) with a maximum of two adults.
A family bundle scheme can't be used if the child now needs an adult ticket.

REFUND POLICY: It may be possible to apply for a refund , via the festival office, for up to 50% until March 31st 2021. We cannot give refunds from 1st April 2021.
Tickets are only transferable in advance of the weekend via the festival office or by emailing: ticket.transfers@chippfolk.co.uk.
If you later decide to be a working volunteer for the festival you will qualify for a full refund (subject to terms - see the "Volunteers" section).

LAMINATED TICKETS or WRISTBANDS: You have the choice of either having your ticket as a laminated ticket for hanging on a lanyard or, this year, on a printed wristband.

FESTIVAL CARAVAN & CAMPING SITES: Both sites are for the use of festival full weekend season ticket holders ONLY with a valid camping pass. There are excellent facilities at all our sites with toilets and water supplies. Free showers are available for season ticket holders on the camp site and the Olympiad Leisure Centre.

Our main Caravan Site is next to the River Avon in Monkton Park, just a short walk away from the Olympiad Leisure Centre. This is primarily for CARAVANS AND CAMPERVANS ONLY.
This site opens at 10am on Friday 28th May 2021 and closes promptly at 10am on Tuesday 1st June 2021. Arrivals prior to these times may be asked to move once the site opens.
The main Camp Site is on Westmeads playing fields. A good level field just a short walk from the town centre. This site is mainly for tents but caravan and campervans are permitted if you have a mix of units. Parking is allowed on the field, except in bad weather conditions. There will NOT be catering on the site at this time.
This site opens at 10am on Friday 28th May 2021 and closes promptly at 10am on Tuesday 1st June 2021.

OTHER ACCOMMODATION: You can also book accommodation via the Wiltshire Tourism Website. There are alternative sites for camping and caravans within a few miles of the town. See Helpful Information section on this website.

CATERING: Several food outlets will be situated on River Island Park and other refreshments stalls such as ice creams and drinks will also be available. There is not a bar on this site.
There are also many eating establishments around the town to provide even more choice.

DISABILITY ACCESS: Many of the venues have reasonable access for disabled persons and stewards are always prepared to give assistance in venue access.
There is a list available from the Chippenham Town Council. There will be some information about venue accessibility in the Festival programme.

CAR PARKING: is available in the many car parks around the town. The best advice is to find a parking space first, then take the short walk to the Festival Information and Ticket Office which is on Island Park near the Town Bridge. Cycling in from outside the town centre is encouraged.

PETS: Dogs are allowed on the Festival Camping and Caravan sites but not in the Festival venues. Please keep your pets under control at all times, Do not leave them in hot vehicles and, Please, clear up after them.

TICKET PAYMENTS: Currently payments for your tickets is either by printing a printable booking form from the following page or ording via our online form through Eventbrite.
